You can cancel your active subscription at any time. If you are on a trial plan (e.g., ₹2 trial), you must cancel before the full billing cycle begins to avoid full charges.
As we provide custom-trained AI digital services, refunds are generally not provided once the AI agent training has been completed and delivered.
If there is a confirmed technical failure where we cannot deliver the chatbot as promised, a full refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.

Refunds approved by our team are processed via Cashfree and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
